Radhika Pandit (Kannada: ರಾಧಿಕಾ ಪಂಡಿತ್) is an Indian film and television actress, who appears in Kannada films mostly in lead characters. Radhika with excellent acting skills and super hits in her kitty is established herself as a leading contemporary actress. She is choosy in her movies and does roles that has substance to show her acting skills.

Early years
Radhika Pandit hails from the Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmins, a Konkani-speaking community of Shirali near Uttara Kannada district. She studied in Cluny Convent High School, Malleswaram and Mount Carmel College Bangalore and currently resides near Devaiah Park, Bangalore.
She acted in two teleserials Nandagokula and Sumangali in kannada before breaking it into the silver screen.
She made her debut in Moggina Manasu.[1] which was female oriented subject where she gave noteable performance and bagged Film fare award for best actress in kannada in 2008. Thus begining her filmy career in a glittering way. She again won the film fare award in 2009 for the movie Love Guru. Only actress in current generation to have claimed back to back film fare awards in recent times. After looking at her acting skills in her recently successfully movie Kirshnan Love Story, she has been compared to legendry kannada actress late. minnugu thare kalpana.
